Through extensive use of validation tables, sight checks, and key
verification we achieve a very high level of accuracy. During our 20
years in this business we have never had to re-key data because of
poor quality. We believe in doing it right the first time through.
Q: How
often can you output client data?
A:
Depending upon the project, it can be as frequently as daily, weekly, monthly
or just once at project close. Options are specific to each
customer’s needs.
Q: Can you
provide a cost quote?
A:
We need samples of the source data and approximate quantity to
determine price.
Q: What is
an “ASCII file” or a “text file”?
A:
An ASCII file is one that can be opened and read by simple
editing programs such as MS WordPad, MS Notepad.

Doing all data entry at our
facilities helps us to ensure data integrity, efficiency, proper
workflow processes, and the use of our customized data systems lowers
costs. However, we have experience with large scale projects
where the source documents have mission critical significance to
client organizations and we are capable of configuring solutions to
meet all of our customer requirements.

use Cottage/Home workers?

Only when a client requests slow turn-around and the lowest possible
cost.
